Seasonal FlatBread $10

Ask for the “Seasonal” Flatbread: (Summer/Fall:) Fall Boursin cheese, honey fig jam, sautéed pears, drizzled with balsamic reduction, and topped with fresh arugula & walnuts after the bake. -OR- Summer Hawaiian flatbread with BBQ, shredded ham, red onion, pineapple, mozzarella, almonds, cinnamon & cilantro! OR Spring Loaded Potato Flatbread: garlic aioli, mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese topped with cold sour cream, green onion & diced tomatoes, after the bake.


BACON & BLUE CHEESE FLATBREAD $10

Bacon & blue cheese flatbread with onion aioli and green onion garnish. (We can hold the bacon, or serve on the side.)


CAPRESE FLATBREAD $10

With fresh mozzarella, diced cherry tomatoes, drizzled with pesto basil, balsamic reduction, topped with arugula garnish.



HANKY PANKY $10

A warm crock of cheesy, spicy sausage served with toasted cocktail rye bread.

(A local favorite!)


BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP $10

Warm crock of Buffalo chicken dip, garnished with blue cheese crumbles, served with pita chips, celery, or both.

Build-Your-Own Flatbread $10 Ask for current toppings— Pepperoni, Cheese, Bacon, Buffalo chicken, Spinach Artichoke w Tomatoes…, etc. YOU tell us how you like your custom flatbread pizzas!
